The program is arranged on the ground floor, encompassing a multi-purpose hall, kitchen, service areas, restrooms, and a relaxation area. It always seeks to integrate the spaces. Designed in an open space surrounded by nature, away from the factory area, the building harmonizes with the existing environment, featuring large glass openings that also serve to enhance natural lighting inside the space. This lighting is controlled through perforated metal tile sunshades. The structure is a mix of eucalyptus logs and metal trusses, and they are fully exposed both internally and externally.
