With a seaside plot of land, the challenge was to prioritize the view from the entire house, using a fast construction method with a concrete base and metal structure, creating an open environment that integrates the interior and exterior in a way that perceives the land as a unified space. The program required an gym and an office separate from the main volume, and the master plan demanded a small percentage of land use. The clients wanted something more linear and straight, but with boldness in relation to the surroundings. The conception was based on visual freedom from the entrance of the house, opening the access gate, the service entrance, and even the garage doors. Any access point in the house allows the gaze to traverse the land and prioritize the view of the sea. The form was designed to resemble a vessel by the seaside, with the roof reflecting this idea and the linear shape reinforcing the slight movement towards the beach.
